Maybe someone with better Hebrew skills than myself could check footnote 4. I was in Kibbutz Sa'ar in 2001 and if the article is right about only 100 volunteers having come to Islrael Kibbitzim in 2001, more then 10% of them have come to Sa'ar in the first months of 2001.
