Partial Cleanup done October 6, 2008[edit]

The last few changes snowballed after I fixed some spelling and context errors, then realized that a huge chunk of the biography was the defense of the "Sky King" pilot status by Volgamore and Maher. I haven't quite picked up the nuances of references, so I linked to the KayVee at the end (more than enough for the enthusiast). There's still a mangled http in there, but I think I've done enough for now. The "encyclopedic" style of Wiki suggests that we avoid long quotations from sources, and refrain from first-person comments by the editors. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Dfoofnik (talkcontribs) 09:04, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Retired?[edit]

One post said that Mr. Grant retired in 1970, while living in Florida. The statement is not accurate because Mr. Grant starred in a production of “Man of La Mancha” at a dinner theater in Orlando, Florida. I know that because we had a mutual friend and after attending a performance we had dinner together. 2600:8801:30B6:2400:699B:59D:772E:9C76 (talk) 22:41, 26 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
