by two foreign - they were from Livonia, which was part of Sweden at the time of Charles XII. By 1742 it was occupied by Russia but these men were technically born in Sweden. Needs updating. New Wave sold the place years ago. Unraed (talk) 17:02, 6 August 2016 (UTC)unraed[reply]

Reference needed re: New Wave sale and current ownership. -- Cl3phact0 (talk) 06:32, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
PS: The claim that "New Wave sold the place years ago" is apparently unsupported. The company's own website states that: "Since 2005, Orrefors Kosta Boda AB is part of New Wave Group AB, which is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm", etc. -- Cl3phact0 (talk) 06:44, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Photographs (and possible "Gallery" section improvements)

[edit]

It may be preferable to show fewer photographs of buildings and more images of the company's actual output and process, as well as other historically significant imagery (of which their is a fair amount on Commons). There is probably enough material to justify a "Gallery" section too (which, as this is a "visual arts" subject, would be an improvement in my view). -- Cl3phact0 (talk) 07:47, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
PS: This project has been initiated. Please feel welcome to improve upon what's here. Cheers, Cl3phact0 (talk) 18:32, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
PPS: Anyone here with extensive knowledge of the layout parameters of galley template? -- Cl3phact0 (talk) 06:15, 17 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
