Death war related?
[edit]It may be worth finding out if he was a World War II casualty. According to Latvian wikipedia he was repatriated to Germany in 1939 as a Baltic German. His death in February 1945 coincides with the timing of the Soviet siege of Poznan (Posen) which Hitler declared a fortress city.Cloptonson (talk) 05:41, 6 August 2021 (UTC)
- I notice his Latvian wikipedia article states he was 'killed'. Against the sentence stating his death is a citation to a genealogy site that while mentioning the date and place does not indicate the manner of his death.Cloptonson (talk) 07:05, 11 February 2022 (UTC)
