ABC News ref

[edit]

The ABC News.Go refs have a tendency to be unstable (i.e. the page gives an error after a few weeks); maybe a different source can be added? David O. Johnson (talk) 03:02, 7 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Vice Presidential Possibles

[edit]

If Lessig pledges to resign in favor of his VEEP when goals are achieved, the VEEP selection is more important than for any other candidate. Can't find news on his thoughts here or progress in finding suitable names; or will he rely on the Democratic Convention to decide this for him? Help needed please96.224.65.24 (talk) 06:23, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

His campaign website includes a list of possible running mates for which supporters can vote. Possibilities include Elizabeth Warren, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Robert Reich, Van Jones, Jon Stewart, Sheryl Sandberg, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Jim Webb, Martin O'Malley, and Joe Biden. --William S. Harvard Affiliation

[edit]

What is the status of his position at Harvard not that he has formally announced his candidacy? Is there any possibility that his campaign has used Harvard resources, since he remains a faculty member? Shouldn't article at least describe his wife's positions at Harvard? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.224.65.24 (talk) 06:25, 12 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

He's on a leave of absence. He does not use Harvard resources for the campaign: http://www.thecrimson.com/article/2015/9/24/lessig-2016-scrut/ -hugeTim (talk) 18:36, 30 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Flesh out article with info from Ballotpedia

[edit]

Ballotpedia has a very thorough article at http://ballotpedia.org/Lawrence_Lessig_presidential_campaign,_2016 but the text cannot be copied directly due to conflicting copyleft licenses. However, we can use the references and ideas as long as all the wording and writing is original. -hugeTim (talk) 04:50, 17 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This article needs to be cleaned up.

[edit]

There are adjectives in this article that implicit a bias of Lessig's candidacy. These need to be removed for a more neutral tone, per Wikipedia guidelines. 74.107.74.186 (talk) 05:25, 31 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
