Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

Libor Nováček → Libor Novacek — First of all, thank you for adding the page back to Wikipedia. When I got the email confirming this re-incorporation, I contacted Mr. Novacek who asked me whether it is possible to remove the accents in his name, and leave it Libor Novacek. The reason is that he has already established his name and reputation without these accents and would like to avoid confusion. Mr. Novacek explained to me that at the beginning he tried to use the accents but people just misspelt them or replaced them with others... this created some ambiguity and he wants to avoid the same happening. He would agree with a search tag or page 'Libor Nováček' to be re-directed to a sort of 'main' or 'definitive' page with no accents (as written above) since he does obviously use his accents in his native Czech Republic. Please let me know whether this is possible. Shoul you need proof of the authenticity of my source please do let me know and I shall put you in contact with the man himself who can authorise the changes to be made to his name.

removing POV tag with no active discussion per Template:POV

I've removed an old neutrality tag from this page that appears to have no active discussion per the instructions at Template:POV:

This template is not meant to be a permanent resident on any article. Remove this template whenever:

There is consensus on the talkpage or the NPOV Noticeboard that the issue has been resolved
It is not clear what the neutrality issue is, and no satisfactory explanation has been given
In the absence of any discussion, or if the discussion has become dormant.

Since there's no evidence of ongoing discussion, I'm removing the tag for now. If discussion is continuing and I've failed to see it, however, please feel free to restore the template and continue to address the issues.
