Create biographies about Bangladeshi players from the task force redlink list
Check the listing of key bios at Wikipedia:WikiProject Cricket/Key biographies and improve these to at least B-class.
Create batting/bowling graphs for cricketers who have excelled in international cricket.

Split article?[edit]

Should this article be split into three articles? (List of South Australian first-class cricketers, List of South Australian List A cricketers and List of South Australian Twenty20 cricketers) This is already the case for Western Australian cricketers, and I think it's not very useful to have the statistics for all three formats in the one table, especially considering how wide it makes the table.

I noticed that the article was out of date and lacking any references (no inline citations or external links) and was going to work on improving the article but I thought it might also be a good idea to split it in three. I'll still update the article and add refs if it doesn't get split but I wanted to check if it should be split first. TripleRoryFan (talk) 07:08, 1 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The width of tables in general is an issue. I find it useful to test any page on a tablet. If the tables is too wide for the tablet then it's too wide in general.

Personally I dislike the WA lists because they have far too much detail in them and don't list players by surname. I prefer basic lists without statistics beyond the dates they played for the team. I find these a lot more useful, easier to edit and much less likely to be full of errors or out of date. That would also mean you could keep one list, which, again, would actually be much more useful for people wanting to check who played for a specific team. I probably wouldn't split them myself - it seems to end up being a lot of repetition for very little gain and makes it harder to find out if XXX played for ZZZ - which is generally what we'd want to use them for isn't it? I don't actually see that splitting in most cases is much of an advantage. Perhaps the nature of T20 cricket in Australia makes that more useful in these case, I'm not sure.
