Coordinates

The coords of all locations are given to minutes and seconds, except for three:
- Coonabarabran and Luskintyre, which are to minutes only; and
- Forster, which is to decimal places of seconds.
This is inconsistent: they should all be to minutes and seconds only. Thus,
- Coonabarabran should be 31°19'58"S 149°16'10"E
- Luskintyre should be 32°39'59"S 151°24'59"E
- Forster should be 32°11′57″S 152°29′21″E.

WP:LOL and redundant content in the list of airports in Australia

Content from this list is repeated in the list of airports in Australia, creating the potential for edit conflicts and needlessly increasing workload for editors. I propose to eliminate this problem by removing all of the state and territory lists from the countrywide list and leaving only the links to each individual state and territory list, per WP:LISTOFLISTS.
