Removed massive BLP violation[edit]

I have removed an extremely vile BLP violation from this article. For future reference, allegations of sexual misconduct by a living person must NOT be re-added without there being: a) multiple references to reliable sources, b) absolute certainty that said allegations are vital to the article (which in this case is completely and totally unsupportable - this article is about a city, not the individual in question). Note that a BLP violation still exists if the individual's name is not given but his or her job/position is. --NellieBlyMobile (talk) 05:58, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
