In April 2016 Williams, aka Coach Zo, was hired as Head Football Coach at Westmoore High School in Oklahoma City, OK. He was named District 6A1-1 Coach of the Year in 2023.
Was fired in 2023 after leading the Westmoore Jaguars to a 7-6 season, losing to Union High School in the 6A-1 first round of State playoffs.
