Notability[edit]

Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found link. Marginally notable as a witness to the massacre of the Jewish population in Kaunas (see first search result), but this is insufficient for notability IMO, as he simply reported it up the chain of command and did not intervene.
