Reference Oxford Dictionary of National Biography is unsatisfactory and has been removed. The referenced has no year, date, volume or page number. Given the importance of the references to Lady Houston and her husband a valid reference is required. Jill Teed 13:17, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The ODNB is in alphabetical order. Giving a page number and volume does not really help in finding the information. It is republished regularly as new people are inserted, so the date doesn't help much either. However next time I'm in the local library I will also note this info.
