In 1865, this used the following route:

  • Northbound: Peck Slip - South Street - Oliver Street - Chatham Street - Bowery - Grand Street - Chrystie Street - 2nd Avenue
  • Southbound: 2nd Avenue - 23rd Street - 1st Avenue - Allen Street - Grand Street - Bowery - Chatham Street - Pearl Street - Peck Slip
