There are obvious mistakes on this page, likely as a joke. Chol has not won any AFL premierships, yet the page lists him as winning it years in the future. Semi-protection did not prevent vandalism at all 150.203.2.229 (talk) 12:58, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Not done. You may be right, but you need to be more specific about what changes you want to make and where. There's only been one edit since protection was applied, and it doesn't appear to be vandalism. –Deacon Vorbis (carbon • videos) 14:22, 23 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The article claims he was born in "present-day Kenya" and that he was born in Nandi County, Kenya. These are unsourced claims and I find no evidence online that supports either. (Also, I don't know what the term "present-day" is supposed to mean here.) I did find an article that says he was born in "South Sudan" (https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-06-03/mabior-chol-south-sudanese-afl-refugee/101120844). I won't make any changes as maybe I missed some source, but a change seems warranted. 47.54.105.16 (talk) 02:01, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
On further review, it seems the article read that he was born in present-day South Sudan (and then in the infobox that he was born in Sudan, since South Sudan did not yet exist then) and then in May of this year it was changed for no reason in what appears to be vandalism. So I will change it back to how it read before. 47.54.105.16 (talk) 02:12, 13 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
