@Worldbruce: Thank you for your work on this page, and your contributions to wikipedia generally. I have reworded the section on Thai folk medicine to clarify the source. I agree the source is not medically reliable, it is not a work of Biomedicine/Western medicine, it appears to be a compilation of ethnomedical sources. I agree that we have to remind people that there is medical quackery out there, that folk-medicine/ethnomedicine is usually not been demonstrated to be efficacious or even safe. However I not sure the all reporting of ethnomedicinal use of a plant need a disclaimer that it is scientifically unproven, so I have removed the "unreliable medical source" tag.
