Copy edit comment

This article doesn't need copy editing until there are some references. There is no point editing copy that may be discarded, never referenced or altered completely as a result of references. What the article needs is deletion or referencing. Hence the multiple issues template was removed from the article page and replaced with no references cited template, and the GOCE template was added to this page to stop attracting copy editors until someone evidences the prose in the article.
