Merge proposal[edit]

Margarita Schuyler Van Rensselaer is not notable on her own, but only notable as the wife of Stephen Van Rensselaer. I propose that this article be redirected to that one, with the brief one-line bio here included in a "Personal" section in Van Rensselaer's article. Support. I could not find anything substantive that suggested either independent notability or that the article would likely grow beyond a stub. RichardOSmith (talk) 16:48, 7 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Margarita "Peggy" Schuyler Full Page[edit]

I have been collecting information about Peggy ever since I noticed that she did not have her own article, and I believe she deserves one. On the talk page, it says that she was not notable as an individual, but she was. I don't want to get into the full story because it's too long, but she saved her sister's life, and saved her family from British troops during the revolution. It is a very notable story and it would be good content in a Wikipedia article. Is there any way I can create an article for her? JaneErin15 (talk) 12:41, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
