"Popelin's many objectives were largely met before her death"

Am I not right in thinking that universal suffrage created in 1913 was universal manhood suffrage, and thus not what she was looking for at all? I believe Belgian women only received the vote post-WWII. Brigade Piron (talk) 17:05, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
