Cabinet system

I think this article is mostly complete and close to meeting GA criteria. The one area where I think more development might be helpful is the cabinet system in the Description section. If someone has time to review sources and flesh this out a bit more, that'd be a tremendous help. Then we can upgrade to B-status.
