Undo of tag removal

[edit]

Editor removed tag with explanation that subject is an elected official and has argued in front of the supreme court, neither of which are relevant. Subject in fact fails notability guidelines for an elected official via WP:NPOL. And afaik, there's no guideline dictating that arguing in front of the supreme court (which thousands have done) denotes notability. As such, I am restoring the tag. Subject is nn to me and the whole article is one misguided step away from being a G11 candidate. I originally was going to mark this page for AfD, but I'm hoping, in good faith, that the article creator will better establish notability via third party sources that actually cover the subject (not just the trials he's participated in).Sulfurboy (talk) 02:08, 28 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notability flag

[edit]

Hey, I'm looking for news to help with the notability flag. I found two articles that talk about Fleming as an inventor and four about him as a lawyer. There are quite a few more I'll add, time permitting, but I think this is a good start to fixing up the flag issue. If anyone thinks these help, I welcome you to insert them as sources and remove the flag. Thanks for your interest. Corpsnake (talk) 21:02, 30 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
