"Predecessors to the 1992 district": original research? or simply uncited?

[edit]

While patrolling random articles I came across this section, which seems to engage in heavy synthesis of the impact of redistricting and the "legacy" of prior districts without any citations to published commentary with respect to same. Is this commentary contained within the references identified at the end of the article, which should be cited more closely in this section? Or is it literally original research? If the latter, it isn't appropriate for Wikipedia. - Julietdeltalima (talk) 16:48, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
