Improvements
[edit]I do not know how else to say this, but this article needs help. I started fixing minor errors and then decided this entire article needs to be redone. Over the next 2 weeks or so I will see what I can do. Of course, your help is gladly welcomed! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Austin1638 (talk • contribs) 16:00, 27 April 2007
Sources
[edit]This article could still benefit from some expansion. There is no discussion of its history and no citations, not even to devotional literature or church manuals.
This seems to be the fate of many WP articles on well-known topics that aren't in the news or controversial. I can't take the time to do a proper job here, so I just listed some sources under Further Reading hoping that it will be a good start for a future effort. I've done this before with other articles and I hope it isn't just clutter. ——Rich jj (talk) 21:00, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
- Done - I.e., it's been expanded some.--Hodgdon's secret garden (talk) 03:36, 7 April 2018 (UTC)
We need both a "Ministering" page and "Home teaching"/"Visiting teaching" pages
[edit]Ministering is a new program, not a renaming of HT/VT. Thus, the old HT/VT pages should persist, with links over to the new Ministering program's page.
Can anyone help me understand why this change wasn't approached in this way? Damenleeturks (talk) 21:23, 22 October 2018 (UTC)
