Someone asked on the BLP Noticeboard if Wade Boggs was Mitchell's father. Although it would make a pretty cool story, Wade is not Mitchell's father. His father's name is Tommy, and his parents still live in Dalton, Georgia. Ravensfire (talk) 15:10, 25 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The piece states erroneously, "He is of no relation to former MLB third baseman, Wade Boggs." By simple logic, he has a relationship to Wade Boggs -- even if distant. Even if his name were not Boggs he would still have a distant relationship to Wade Boggs...just like me...just like you. Flippantly stating that he "has no relationship" isn't very encyclopedic.
