Removed the following, in my view, possibly POV and in any case over-cryptic remarks: It must be said the programme was developed during a time when Ireland was a hub of enormous pirate illegal radio activity, when every move of the state broadcasting service, the only legal station in the country, was a move with the illegal stations very much in mind and hence there was a battle where programme titles often spoke louder than the programmes themselves. --Picapica 09:53, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

History
