Ban

The ban is mentioned as "due to start" in July 2008. Did that ban actually happen? If you (the person reading this) knows the answer, you should update the article to put it in the past tense. I personally am not interested enough to bother looking it up myself. Complaining until someone else does it is more interesting to me at this moment. Truthfully, I could have done it in the time it took me to write this paragraph. But why be rational?
