Constituency page titles
[edit]@SheriffIsInTown: @Wiki.0hlic: I see the two of you are working on Pakistani Constituency articles, and I won't stand in the way, but please arrange some kind of convention and stick to it. Examining the Category:Constituencies of Punjab, Pakistan, I see a mess with page titles, and worse still, I stumbled upon NA-105 (Faisalabad-V), which prominently uses "Constituency NA-80" throughout the text. I understand that there has been recent merging and renaming of constituencies, but as it stands now it's confusing as hell. It's more important to have the article text explaining what has happened with it, than to have a "correct" title accompanied with an incorrect (or outdated) text. Thanks. - @No such user: I understand your frustration but it's a work in progress. Although, it looks like a mess right now but we are going to sort it out if we do not get a stumbling block like we did on this page. I will prefer the old text to remain in there as I go to all pages one by one and make sure whether separate old and new constituency pages are needed. I so far only could work on pages NA-1 (Chitral) to NA-39 (Dera Ismail Khan-II) and hopefully you should find those pages in a better shape. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 11:43, 14 June 2018 (UTC)
- Fair enough, thanks. No such user (talk) 11:55, 14 June 2018 (UTC)
- @No such user:, and to add to what SheriffIsInTown said, I have updated constituency pages from NA-39 till NA-96.Wiki.0hlic (talk) 18:36, 14 June 2018 (UTC)
