Objectivity

[edit]

The text in the article says that there is no objectivity, and that you 'may as well ignore thsi article'. As true as this is its not the kind of thing that should be in an article.

Never mind, it's gone already

Nelson Laugh Mythos

[edit]

In the Nelson Laugh Mythos section, it should be noted that NBA teams regularly play this soundbite whenever a player misses a free-throw. I just don't want to edit the whole passage, so I'll throw the idea out there.

okay, but I'm not going to do it either as I haven't noticed it. Be Bold! But I did take out a whole bunch about homer's favorite team, etc, it was not referenced or germaine. Reggaedelgado 04:34, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Keep in mind that the Indiana Pacers played the bit when they hosted the Los Angeles Lakers in a game at Market Square Arena back in 1995.

Nelson Laugh Entry?

[edit]

Does anyone else think the "Nelson laugh" should have its own entry? I think the term has pervaded popular culture enough to warrant it. A search on "Nelson laugh" in Wikipedia doesn't automatically take you here, so at the very least a redirect is in order. Homer's "D'oh" has its own entry with background, usage, variations, etc., so why not "Nelson laugh"? --70.241.106.230 04:04, 1 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

this article doesnt menrtion that this grand faather is hinted to be a judge (I sentenced my 47th man to death)

I always thought his laugh was HA HA, not HAW HAW. Erikeltic (Talk) 21:14, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Just interested...but does anyone know what episode that image was from? i remember it but couldn't find the episode. --Kzrulzuall 09:42, 11 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think it was a season 18 one, the Haw Hawed Couple.Davie4264 19:49, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

His children

[edit]

I think the mentioning of his children should be removed since that was only as seen in Frinks future-seeing machine. Poktirity 17:02, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Muntz family from Germany

[edit]

In the Episode "Little big girl" we find out, that Nelson's ancestors are from Germany.--138.246.7.104

I'm guessing he only has only partial or half German Ancestry, there was one episode where he told Utter (The German kid at his school) to go back to Germainia. Now that dosnt sound very German blooded to me.

Nelson's early buddies

[edit]

What are the names of the 2 bullies that hang out with Nelson in the very early days (Seasons 1 and 2)? --Ukdan999 01:22, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Weasel #1 and Weasel #2. Yeah, they didn't have names, so those are their names. --Jnelson09 03:41, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Barney Gumble is Nelson's dad.

Shoes

[edit]

Does anyone know if his shoes are really Mary Janes? It certainly looks that way...the school bully in Mary Janes and orange socks...hmmmm.... -70.251.95.1 (talk) 00:25, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Household skills.

[edit]

No mention of his advice on cooking or cleaning, usually at the school yard? He's also inconsistently portrayed as either cooking his own food or eating things he finds outdoors. He once mentioned that an easy-bake oven would be convenient for him. 217.211.88.20 (talk) 09:03, 7 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In the article it says Nelson went to space camp with martin anyone have a source on this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.113.167.126 (talk) 16:54, 18 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Nelson's Voice

[edit]

Am I the only one who has noticed that Nelson's voice sounds considerably deeper in the later episodes? Maybe we could mention this in the article.EnglishEfternamn*t/c* 19:44, 14 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
