Nero Hawley was a Revolutionary War soldier who served under George Washington, wintered at Valley Forge in the winter of 1777, fought for his freedom, returned to his hometown & lived out his life in freedom.

For the mil hist assessment to be increased to B class, an info box and/or other support material needs to be included. Also, I passed for grammar, but the recurring mention of the town's change in name could be removed. --dashiellx (talk) 12:21, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
