- I respectfully disagree. Oscar Niemeyer fulfills both rules of thumb listed at WP:PRIMARYTOPIC in my opinion – usage and long-term significance. Pageviews analysis proves that Oscar Niemeyer eclipses all the other Niemeyers listed on the disambiguation page. He is referred to by surname alone; the first full page of unbiased Google search results pertains to the architect, and both dictionary.com and Merriam-Webster have dedicated entries for him based on his surname alone. WP:PRIMARYTOPIC lists Einstein as an example of a surname where a specific person is the primary topic, and I see this as being another example. Sharper {talk} 21:59, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
