[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just modified one external link on Okitipupa. Please take a moment to review my edit. If you have any questions, or need the bot to ignore the links, or the page altogether, please visit this simple FaQ for additional information. I made the following changes:
- Added archive http://web.archive.org/web/20091007011423/http://www.nipost.gov.ng/PostCode.aspx to http://www.nipost.gov.ng/PostCode.aspx
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}
).

[edit]Several users—notably Aythebest DMA and a couple of 41.190... IPs—have been making extensive changes to this article of late. They include such things as adding a list of "Notable people" in which all the people are redlinked and unsourced, contrary to WP:LISTPEOPLE; adding extensive, unparagraphed "History" and "Foundation" sections that are entirely unsourced; and adding massive lists of schools that, again, are unsourced and unverifiable. Attempts to remove these problematic additions, or to add appropriate maintenance tags, have been met with continual reversion. I'm willing to cut some slack for editors who may be unfamiliar with WP practices, and who may not have English as their first language, but these changes seem to me to run foul of several of our most fundamental policies. I'm tempted to semiprotect the article so that editors have a chance to clean it up without being continually obstructed, but I thought it might be best to ask here whether anyone else is troubled about the state of the article and has any ideas for improving it.
