One wing? Two wings? Confusing!

The introductory photo shows two buildings, both International Style. What is the entire article talking about, just the right-hand side building, or both? What is the left-hand side building, which takes more space on the intro photo than the other one? Very annoying to read through the entire article and not know what it actually relates to.
