Merge?

[edit]

Can't this be merged w/ Pacific Palisades? Other than the fact that it's a good school there doesn't seem to be anything notable about the school itself. Hansonc 22:00, July 28, 2005 (UTC)

No, besides, the fact that Pali High's page about the same size as Pacific Palisades' page, the school serves more than just the residents of the Palisades, but also surrounding areas. Also, other Palisades school are not merged. -October 2, 2006

Picture request

[edit]

I would like for someone to take a picture of Palisades Charter High School so that I can post it in Wikipedia articles :) WhisperToMe 19:31, 26 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have several on another hard drive somewhere. Give me a few weeks - I'll find one and post it. Manway 14:53, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry it took so long. Picture posted. Manway (talk) 07:13, 20 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, Manway! :) WhisperToMe 20:11, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Opening Date

[edit]

The school opened in 1961. The first graduating class was Summer 1963.

Personal knowledge - I'm a 1976 graduate and former board member of the PHS Alumni Association. Manway 23:13, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Student Government

[edit]

The Student Government (ASB) changes every semester. I don't believe it's necessary to include the names of the people holding these offices, as it would be out of date rather quickly.

Plus it's not the purpose of an encyclopedia to list things like that.

Famous Alumni

[edit]

The Alumni Association is watching the page to ensure accuracy in this section.

As I have time, I will attempt to reference each person. This list is accurate. Please don't remove it.

There is a picture of Christie Brinkley on the page but she is not listed in the text. I am 100% sure that she graduated from Lyçee Français in culver city in 1971, I have a yearbook with her picture in it somewhere. chriswatts (talk) 00:21, 10 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Attendance boundary

Spanish page

[edit]

The Spanish page http://www.palihigh.org/informacion.aspx http://www.webcitation.org/6OMUq1FR1 only lists the phone number of a Spanish speaking contact but it means this article has importance to the Spanish speaking community. So if someone can get sources, why not start an article in Spanish? WhisperToMe (talk) 12:34, 26 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
