This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... I have created this page like other buildings page with proper references. Its not promotional. In 2019, an IP added the claim that the project is on hold (diff), but didn't add a reference supporting that claim. I can't find anything online about it being cancelled or on hold, but equally I can't find any kind of progress report either. So the article needs an update. This is relevant for the notability claim too - a significant project that is actually being constructed is likely to be notable, but a plan that is just paper and still hasn't been started is likely not to be notable. -- Finlay McWalter··–·Talk18:19, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
