- It was covered in full this year in the NEHGR. Some things about the tree are wrong - Lancelot Ward's parentage is not known; in fact he is only known through the will of his son, who Samuel Sherman's wife Phillipa Ward Sherman witnessed. The founder of this line Henry Sherman (died bef 25 Jul 1589/90) cannot be the son of Thomas Sherman of Yaxley, and this was again clarified in the recent article in the Register. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.186.143.250 (talk) 04:09, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
