Name
[edit]Is the name of Plan 9 Publishing a reference to the OS or the movie? --maru (talk) contribs 21:14, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
Things that need work on this page
[edit]The page leads off talking about how well known the publisher is, when it should instead focus on how influential the publisher was on the start of the period of economic success of webcomics artists.
Each assertion about which notable comic Plan 9 published should be verified and referenced.

- I have put the statements in the article in the past tense - pending confirmation that they are still in operation (which I have requested from the company through e-mail). The website is registered until 3-Oct-2010, being renewed this October (see WHOIS lookup). However, as this was through 1&1, I know (as they host my various domains), that they auto-renew registration unless specifically notified not to, so that does not prove that the website/company are still in use. Until verification otherwise is found, I suggest that we keep it in the past tense - we can always change to the present tense if we find that the company is alive and kicking! -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 12:43, 8 November 2009 (UTC)
