Nomenclature[edit]

The section on Taxonomy is pointless. The name Podocarpus alpinus R.Br. ex Hook.f. (1855) is an illegitimate name and a taxonomic synonym of Podocarpus lawrencei Hook.f. (1845). I have deleted the section. If anyone wants it back please reference the statements made. MFdeS (talk) 03:38, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
