Original research

[edit]

The tone of the article is not encyclopedic in that, for example, neither "poem" nor "song" are defined and the content appears to be original observations. Hyacinth (talk) 23:31, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge

[edit]

I propose this article be merged with Lyrics, poem, or song. Hyacinth (talk) 23:33, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Support - this appears to be entirely original research. Robofish (talk) 13:38, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, it is just written in the style of five years ago on the site. No doubt a much better article could be written about setting words to music. Merging into poem or into song wouldn't really cover that point. "Lyrics" seems to be a nineteenth-century term at earliest. Charles Matthews (talk) 19:22, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
