"This is the only nuclear reactor outside Ontario." That overlooks Gentilly 2 in Quebec, plus research reactors at universities in Edmonton, Saskatoon and Montreal.

The Current reference to the article , is not able to be retrieved, however there is a google groups newsgroup that has the article re-published.
