Orphaned references in Political party strength in Louisiana
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Political party strength in Louisiana's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "appointed":
- From Political party strength in Mississippi: Appointed by President Andrew Johnson following the end of the American Civil War.
- From Political party strength in New York: Appointed by the Governor to fill remainder of unexpired term.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 20:59, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
New table for the 2000s
[edit]Can we start a new table in 2000 or 2004, like they do for the West Virginia article? That would get rid of the empty columns at the bottom of the page, and make it easier to view recent information without scrolling back and forth. -LtNOWIS (talk) 08:20, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
