Purpose of this article

As of today this article contains, in my opinion, far too much information about the politics and governance of France in general. That material is covered and maintained in Politics of France. This article contains so little useful content that in could be rolled into Guadeloupe and redirected. It could always be resurrected if and when editors come forward to add - and maintain - the content. --Cornellier (talk) 00:12, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
