Scottish vs British

I've changed the lead description to British, as according to the sources I've looked at, Higgins was raised in Scotland but lived mainly in England, and will be buried there. British therefore seems a good descriptor. I'm happy (for someone) to add "born in Scotland" to the lead – with a source that she actually was. I have no source for place of birth as yet.
