Blinking
[edit]Um...she blinks a LOT while she's doing her reporting. I watched about two minutes of Rachel's report about Tim Donaghy, and I counted 47 blinks!! Maybe in the past she didn't blink as much, but that bit in the article about not blinking is incorrect. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tannerb (talk • contribs)

Early in her career she used to have disturbing rodent teeth now they alright! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.165.216.208 (talk) 23:33, 29 March 2014 (UTC)
Top Disambig Sentence Removal
[edit]When one types "Rachel Nichols" into the search bar, he/she is taken to a disambiguation page that has two links: Rachel Nichols (reporter) and Rachel Nichols (actress). Therefore, the sentence that was at the top of this article (I removed it) is not needed because whoever was searching for the actress would have clicked the link at the disambiguation page. I hope I clarified my reason for removing it adequately. If not, let me know. Wikipediarules2221 02:24, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
Birthplace
[edit]I updated birthplace from Potomac, MD to Phoenix, AZ. Last night, June 30, 2018, on the ESPN show "The Jump", in the context of discussing the Phoenix Suns, Rachel mentioned that she was born in Phoenix.Bdavid1111 (talk) 02:43, 2 July 2018 (UTC)

Shortening paragraph regarding Taylor call
[edit]In this edit, I've shortened the paragraph about Nichol's phone call leak regarding Maria Taylor significantly. I didn't want to write too much about it especially with the recent developments. Feel free to ping me about suggestions or concerns. ◢ Ganbaruby! (talk) 07:30, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
Weird phrasing in personal life section
[edit]OK, understandably this is semi protected right now. Was reading this segment:
"Nichols married film and music video director Max Nichols,[20] son of film and stage director Mike Nichols, in a Jewish ceremony in Venice in 2001.[21] Her mother-in-law, the stepmother of Max Nichols and the last wife of Mike Nichols before his death, is Diane Sawyer.[22] Together, they have twin daughters.[23][24]"
The way this is phrased, it makes it sound like Rachel and Diane Sawyer share twin daughters....the "together they share" part either needs to be after the first sentence or....somehow, make that clearer. LOL 2603:8001:2A00:7428:58C6:8736:DB9F:D61B (talk) 16:45, 6 July 2021 (UTC)
