Fair use rationale for Image:Rez logo.gif
Image:Rez logo.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 05:23, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Copyright violations
Per the copyright policy, information cannot be copied and pasted into articles, for legal reasons. I have reverted to an earlier version, because the article was entirely copied and pasted from http://www.rezidor.com/cs/Satellite/Page/Rezidor/Page/defaultRezidor/1165588170684/en/ and other subpages, against policy. Information must not be copied, see Wikipedia's manual of style, layout guide, your first article, article development, and how to edit for assistance. Ariel♥Gold 04:16, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
POV -Reads like a press release
Article is not near up to Wiki standards. Reads like a corporate press release ( "most dynamic" etc ). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.66.132.34 (talk) 04:45, 1 March 2014 (UTC)
- Corporate POV language removed and edited. The article should now read as neutral and the neutrality dispute tag can probably be removed --Mezaco (talk) 19:59, 2 March 2014 (UTC)
Rewrite
Since this article (as of 05:12, 17 January 2019 (UTC), under the article title Radisson Hotel Group) had previous article names RezidorSAS, Rezidor Hotel Group and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, it seem it need to define the scope of the article first. The first thing seem Carlson Hotels should belongs to another article, to keep pre-merge entities in their own articles. Since Rezidor is the surviving name of the hotel group, as well as (edit, my bad) Rezidor is the previous article title, this article should focus on Rezidor only. However, it had yet another problem due to the existence of "Radisson Hospitality AB" and "Radisson Hospitality, Inc.", which closely related, but as listed and private company respectively. Matthew hk (talk) 03:04, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
- Also, it have to define the different from Radisson Hotels. Matthew hk (talk) 03:13, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
- And different from Radisson Blu, as in their lede "Radisson Blu (formerly Radisson SAS)" . Matthew hk (talk) 03:31, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
- So here is the plan, move back this article back to Rezidor Hotel Group (which the article was about), purge the content that related to Carlson Hotels and move to new article of the same name, and create another new article for Radisson Hotel Group (formerly trading as Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group) for Radisson Hospitality AB and Radisson Hospitality Inc, the new legal names of Carlson Hotels Inc and Rezidor Hotel Group AB.
