Cranbrook Watermills.

There were many watermills around Cranbrook, these were:- Pin Pond Mill, Sissinghurst Mill, Spratsbourne Mill, Upper Fulling Mill, Great Trenley Mill, Friezley Mill, Hockeredge Mill, Hartridge Mill, Hatmill, Paley Mill, New Mill, Moat Farm Mill, Angley Mill, Anthony's Mill, Bakers Cross Mill, Brickenden's Mill, Branden Fulling Mill, Betternham Mill, Bedgebury Furnace, Dog Kennel Mill.

Those in italics being on the tributaries of the Beult.
