Reference #2 Correction?

[edit]

The description showing for the article (#2) makes reference to 'living' recipient. Does this need to be refreshed? Grinbear (talk) 18:48, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Awards Section Incorrect

[edit]

SSG Miller's awards section needs to be updated to accurately reflect both his awards (NATO-ISAF ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, NCOPDR with at least number 2, GWOT Service, Afghanistan Campaign, National Defense Service, Good Conduct, ARCOM with oak leaf and V device, MSM, Purple Heart, and MoH) and their correct order per AR 670-1. Anything less is disrespectful to his memory. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.110.219.249 (talk) 19:47, 8 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Redundancy

[edit]

Why is there a need for a section entitled "Medal of Honor (summary)" in addition to the separate section consisting of the actual Medal of Honor Citation itself? It is not as if the Citation is filled with technical jargon that needs to be interpreted and summarized. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.141.154.75 (talk) 03:03, 29 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Awards

[edit]

Yesterday, Feb. 6, 2015, I visited SSgt Miller's resting place. His grave marker showed the Medal of Honor, Bronze Star and Purple Heart. I can find only one reference to him having a Bronze Star and it is not an official site. I don't know how to share a photo here; can someone help me with that? https://www.facebook.com/GBFGoldStarMemorials/posts/10202696766167954 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Uniformcharlie886 (talkcontribs) 20:36, 7 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
