Merger proposal

I propose merging Apostolic Prefecture of Upper Kassai into Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kananga. The Apostolic Prefecture is one of several historical designations of the area, and only has its own page because it happened to be current in 1913, when the Catholic Encyclopedia was published.
