Pruitt review

Pruitt had an example where the book states in a table that a school is not allowed to expel a child who cannot pay tuition, but in a more prominent area, the book criticizes schools for enacting tuition (without saying in that prominent area that a school cannot do an expulsion based on a failure to pay tuition). This is the example Pruitt argues to say that the book is misleading on its criticisms of the Rwandan government. WhisperToMe (talk) 04:25, 23 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
