Sachiin or Sachin?
[edit]Any ideas why the article title uses "Sachiin" with two "i"s, but the article refers to him as "Sachin" with one "i"? Should this be fixed? I see that there are web sites at http://www.sachiinjjoshi.com/ and http://www.sachinjoshi.com/. If this is the same guy, at least there should be an explanation in the text and a redirect from the other spelling. Thanks, SchreiberBike (talk) 08:08, 19 November 2012 (UTC)
Promotional tones
[edit]I've cleaned out the promotional tones, which were fairly liberally sprinkled throughout the article. There was quite a bit of redundancy in the article as much of the lead was also in the body of the article in almost the same format, with the same sourcing. I removed phrases that were WP:PUFFERY like "glamorous world of films" and also removed some material that was largely irrelevant to the article, like the lengthy, promotional descriptions of his father's company and the charity he works with. As such, I've removed the resume tag. I also removed the notability tag, since this seems to be fairly well established with his multiple roles in film. WRT to this information - 'In January 2018 it was widely reported that Joshi bounced a cheque for Rs 40 lakh on business partner Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress and winner of UK TV reality show, Shilpa Shetty. Kundra has since issued legal proceedings against Joshi for defamation' - This is a judicial matter and the legal team of Sachiin Joshi has already countered these allegations in the honorable court. Requesting you to take down/ erase this defaming piece of information from the business section of the page.
WRT to this information - 'In April 2018, Joshi placed his Viiking Ventures UK company in voluntary liquidation with debits of more than £1m. It was reported that his London-based staff resigned en masse, claiming to be owed 3 months' salary. The company distributed his Goa Premium Beer brand, brewed in Goa by his Impala Brewery, which produced Kings Beer.[19]' - This is a poorly sourced information and a one sided defaming take on the issue. Requesting you to take down/erase this piece of information.
Please add the actual business details of the subject - Sachiin Joshi is the chairman of Viiking Ventures, a highly successful and a vast conglomerate with different business verticals such as FMCG products, hospitality, entertainment, realty, infrastructure paper products and philanthropic activities. Please refer to some highly reported coverage regarding the business of Viiking Ventures owned by Sachiin Joshi -

[edit]WRT to this information - 'In January 2018 it was widely reported that Joshi bounced a cheque for Rs 40 lakh on business partner Raj Kundra, husband of Bollywood actress and winner of UK TV reality show, Shilpa Shetty. Kundra has since issued legal proceedings against Joshi for defamation' - This is a judicial matter and both Sachiin Joshi and Kundara had been accusing each others with lot of allegations. As per the law, media speculation reports can't be put on any medium unless they are proven guilty by the court of law. Kindly refer to following references, where Sachiin is accusing Kundra for cheating , so putting one side of story is always not good for wikipedia. https://www.republicworld.com/entertainment-news/bollywood-news/shilpa-shetty-raj-kundra-cheating-complaint-nri-gold-satyam-fir-accuse.html — Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.212.144.96 (talk) 11:27, 6 March 2020 (UTC)
