Expanding the article.[edit]

Dear fellow editors,
I am leaving the present message out of courtesy to other editors interested in this article on Sam Henry. I have already done a little bit of work yesterday, and will continue over the next few days/weeks and, whenever I am busy editing the article, I will display the {{In use}} template.

  1. I intend to expand the article based on available sources, both in printed form and online. As ever, nothing will be added that is not verifiable through reliable sources.
  2. I am removing, from the Works section, the entry for the following book:
* Songs of the People Part two - songs which were published in the newspaper series "Songs of the People" at a time between 1928 and 1932 when Sam Henry was ill"
The main reason for removing it is because, to my knowledge, this book has never been published. Instead, it was first mentioned here, by 'Philippa', on 03 Dec 98 at 06:26 AM, as a pre-announcement of an intent to publish sometime in 1998. However, 18 years later, I have found no trace of this work being either catalogued[1] or orderable anywhere. Therefore, I would conclude that Dr Moulden is either still working on it, or has not been able to find a publisher. Of course, I would be delighted to be proved wrong but, until then, I feel that we should remove this entry.

Thank you.
With kind regards;

I have applied most of the improvements I could for now, and therefore changed the rating from 'stub' to 'C-class'.  Done
