Scouting Low‑importance

Rating scale for this article[edit]

In my opinion, this article qualifies for an upgrade on the WiliProject quality scale. I believe it qualifies as a C or B-class article (one level above it's current Start status). It is more complete than before, with more cited references. The article isn't perfect, but has come a long way in a few months. Anyone agree?
